INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

FORMAT INFORMATION: The United States and several other countries use a video format called NTSC (National Televisions Standards Committee), which is based on a 30 frames per second rate of video. Australia, the UK and many other European countries use the PAL (Phase Alternating Line) video format, based on 25 frames per second of video. You can get VHS or Beta sized cassettes in either NTSC or PAL formats, but all that most of the world uses is the VHS size. (this is also the only size we ship) Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped in the NTSC format. If you are outside the United States and aren't sure which format you need, please check with a local video store, dealer or professional (you can also call your local TV station).

IF YOU NEED PAL: Before placing your order, send an e-mail to Gene at videopage@earthlink.net and tell him exactly what videos you are interested in: he will respond with information as to whether or not your requested titles are currently available in PAL, and if so, what the total cost to be charged to your credit card will be, including shipping to your country. You can then place your order using our secure order page. Please NOTE that there is an additional charge of $7.50 per video for the PAL format, which will be added to your costs.

SHIPPING COSTS: (all prices in U.S. dollars) The "Free Shipping" offer mentioned on our web pages only applies to orders sent to addresses within the continental United States. For orders in Canada, we ship by UPS Ground service and the charge is an additional $10.00 for the first (or just one) and $2.00 for each additional video included in the same shipment. Orders sent outside the United States, other than to Canada are sent by United States Global Priority Mail. They are sent individually in one-video packages at a charge of $10.00 each. If you order three videos, there will be three packages sent. This is done so that each package is under the 16-ounce limit which can be legally placed into a U.S. Mailbox, without requiring that it be personally brought to the post office, where one must wait in line for a long period of time....

All payments for videos and shipping must be Visa or MasterCard.
